This Privacy Policy governs the privacy terms of our application "Монитор Скорости: Vless & SS" (Speed Monitor). Our application is a technical monitoring tool designed for network diagnostics. It provides real-time status updates, ping measurements, and information for network protocols such as Vless+Reality and Shadowsocks.

CORE DISCLAIMER: This application is NOT a VPN provider. We do not provide tunnel services, do not reroute your device traffic, and do not assist in bypassing regional restrictions. The application is strictly for information monitoring, speed testing, and educational use regarding network protocols.

2. Information Collection and Use

We prioritize user privacy. We do not require account registration, and we do not collect personal information such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers.

2.1. Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics

To ensure the app runs smoothly, we use Firebase services to collect anonymous data about technical errors and general usage trends.

2.2. Advertising (Yandex Advertising Network)

We may use the Yandex Advertising Network to display advertisements. To provide relevant ads, the SDK may collect pseudonymous identifiers (such as Advertising ID), IP addresses, and approximate location data. This data is handled according to Yandex's Privacy Policy.

3. Permissions

Internet Access: To fetch status updates for monitored addresses.
Network State: To check connectivity.
AD_ID Permission: To provide personalized advertising and analytics.

4. Data Deletion and Retention

How to request data deletion:

Since we do not use accounts, most data collected (like Crash logs) is anonymous. However, if you wish to request the deletion of any associated technical identifiers, please follow these steps:

Send an email to boardgames.bd@gmail.com.
Include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line.
We will process your request and ensure that any associated technical logs are purged from our analytics systems within 30 days.

Note: Most analytics data is automatically deleted from our servers every 90 days.
